As of now (November 2024), the FHD Originals Collection is available for pre-order, with shipping anticipated between February 1, 2025, and March 31, 2025. We currently offer shipping within the United States. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will apply to your order. Be sure to check in regularly for exclusive discounts and promotions throughout the year!

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value, and displayed in checkout.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at info@fhd-nyc.com. Depending on when the order is placed, we may or may not be able to change or cancel orders. Orders that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.

For pre-orders, we collect 100% of payment upon checkout.

Items may be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. Merchandise must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Incase your item is damaged, please contact us at info@fhd-nyc.com.

If you were shipped damaged merchandise, please reach out to customer service at info@fhd-nyc.com. Please attach a photograph of the damage in your email in order to expedite the return.

Returns must be requested within 10 days of the ship date for a full refund. Any return requested after 10 days will be denied. All merchandise returned must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
